In this field, BSIET possesses several proprietary and patented technologies and solid strength on development & design of non-standard equipment and integrated equipment supply. The following items are among the integrated equipment that have been developed and put into operation: four locomotives of 6m coke oven; blast furnace’s bell-less top equipment, casthouse hydraulic mud gun, hydraulic taphole drill, BSK top-combustion hot blast stove; production line consisting of large-scale converter and slab & billet casters, 350t cast crane for steel-making, large-scale converter change car, converter spring board connection unit; high speed wire and rod mill, hot strip coil pallet transfer machine, rod binding machine, flying shear, disc shear and leveller. In the past few years, BSIET has been providing equipment integration service for many clients, including Tanggang, Xuangang, Laigang, Xianggang, Shougang medium and heavy plate mill, Shougang Bar Mill, Shouqin, Qiangang, Shougang Jingtang, as well as BMM and JSW of India.
